1. General Conditions
renkè reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
All content on this site—including images, text, graphics, patterns, and product designs—is the exclusive property of renkè and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written authorization.
Non-payment data may be transmitted unencrypted across networks.
Payment data is always encrypted through PCI-compliant processors.
2. Online Store Terms
By using this site, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your region.
You may not use our products for unlawful or unauthorized activities.
Violation results in immediate termination of service.
We reserve the right to cancel orders deemed fraudulent or harmful.
3. Product Information & Availability
We strive to present garment details, colors, and textures as accurately as possible.
Variations may occur due to lighting, device settings, or manual measurement.
Measurement Disclaimer:
Manual measurements may vary by 1–2 cm.
All renkè pieces are produced in limited quantities.
Stock is not guaranteed and may sell out without notice.
We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities at any time.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices displayed on this website may appear in multiple currencies for reference only.
All transactions are processed and charged in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD) at checkout.
You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information when placing an order.
Orders may be cancelled if payment cannot be verified, is incomplete, or is flagged for security concerns.
International customers may incur currency conversion fees or foreign transaction fees depending on their bank or card provider. These charges are not controlled by renkè.
All orders must be fully paid at the time of purchase.
Unpaid or incomplete orders will not be processed.
5. Orders & Shipping
Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.
Please confirm size, address, and product details before checkout.
Domestic Shipping（Taiwan）
Orders ship within 5–7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).
International Shipping
Orders ship within 7–14 business days, not including customs inspection time.
renkè is not responsible for:
• courier delays
• customs delays
• lost parcels handled by third-party carriers
If a parcel is returned (wrong address, unclaimed), the buyer must pay reshipment fees.
While we are not responsible for delays or issues caused by third-party carriers or customs, we will assist customers in communicating with shipping providers when possible.
Import Duties & Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, or import fees.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Defects
Due to the limited and small-batch nature of our garments, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons other than defects.
If you receive a defective item, contact us within 72 hours, providing:
• order number
• clear photos of the issue
• unworn, unwashed condition
renkè retains full discretion to determine eligibility for replacement.
Non-returnable conditions include:
• worn or washed items
• items with odors, stains, or customer damage
• sale or promotional items
• items without original condition
7. Privacy Policy
We collect only information necessary for:
• order processing
• payment verification
• shipping
• customer communication
We do not sell or disclose your personal data to unrelated parties.
Data is shared only with essential providers (payment gateways, logistics carriers, fraud prevention services).

8. Intellectual Property
All garments, silhouettes, patterns, constructions, lookbooks, visual materials, and written content are original creations of renkè.
Unauthorized reproduction, imitation, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
We will pursue legal action against counterfeit or unauthorized reproduction.
9. Limitation of Liability
renkè is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use or service interaction.
Maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
It is your responsibility to check this page periodically.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.).
All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the Taipei Shilin District Court.
